These templates will give you a good idea of the information we need in order to work on your order.  These google documents can be downloaded in a variety of file formats.  Simply click on the file menu -> Download and select the file format that you prefer.  Then fill in the blanks and you’ll have a purchase order that will answer most of our questions:

• Re-upholstery
