Terms & Conditions – Revised 03.11.2024

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work for you! We appreciate your business.

By submitting a deposit to Eurocraft, Inc., you agree that you acknowledge, understand, and accept the following terms:

• A 50% deposit is required before we will begin production on your project. Once any work has begun your deposit is not refundable. Deposits made via credit card are never refundable. Canceled orders are subject to a 10% service charge.

   

• The remaining balance of your project is due upon completion of your item(s), prior to delivery. If payment is not received within 30 days, a late payment penalty of 5% of the outstanding balance or $150, whichever is greater, will be assessed each month.

   

• If a lawsuit for non-payment is filed you will be responsible for all of Eurocraft’s legal and attorney’s fees.

   

• You agree to take delivery of your pieces within 30 days of notification of completion. Pieces that are not picked up will incur storage fees of $50 per month, per item, billed in full month increments beginning on the 31^st day.

   

• Pieces that are not picked up within 6 months will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Eurocraft, Inc.

   

• Eurocraft, Inc is not responsible for defects in the fabrics provided. While reasonable efforts will be made to notify you of defects we notice prior to cutting the fabric, this may not always be possible.

   

• You have 30 days from the date you are notified of the completion of your item(s) to pick up any leftover fabric. Fabrics that are not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of. 

   

• Eurocraft accepts credit cards with a 3.75% convenience fee.

   

• Fabrics shipped to Eurocraft, Inc. without a corresponding purchase order will be held for 180 days. After 180 days, the fabrics will be considered abandoned and become the property of Eurocraft, Inc. and will be disposed of.

   

• Lack of clarity in your purchase order may result in delays to your order. Additionally, any changes to your order made after production has begun due to a failure to provide Eurocraft, Inc. with information will result in additional charges.

   

• Eurocraft, Inc.’s estimates are based on the information provided at the time the estimate is given. Any changes made to the style or scope of your order will result in price adjustments.

   

• Eurocraft, Inc. does not provide shop drawings; we work based off of shop drawings provided by you. If you require shop drawings these may be done for an additional fee.

   

• Eurocraft is not liable for and does not warrant the safety or stability of any piece not designed by Eurocraft, Inc.

   

• These terms and conditions supersede any terms and conditions provided in a purchase order before or after an estimate is provided and are subject to change.
